Each cup of our specialty coffee is carefully roasted using the "direct fire roasting" method, which puts coffee beans in direct contact with the flame to fully extract the distinct flavor profiles unique to their origins.
We only brew fresh single origin coffee by our licensed Q Grader/Chief Coffee Roaster, Mars Huang, who is awarded with the 1st runner-up on behalf of Taiwan in World Coffee Roasting Championship 2015 and an Authorized SCA, SCAE Authorized Trainer and Certifier.
Representing our infinitive passion for coffee, Zero One Coffee & Roastery (with a “∞” sign in between) is born. At Zero One Coffee & Roastery, we want you to forget your problems temporarily, and take the time to enjoy the coffee in your hand.
