18 Grams started as a small Premium Espresso Bar in the corner of Cannon Street Causeway Bay in 2010. We hope we can bring the Australian Café experience to Hong Kong and share it with our customers. Stepping into our 9th year, we still hold true to our original believe: bringing premium local roast coffee to the Hong Kong community.
We believe that great coffee starts way up the chain from the farm level, where coffee is grown. Hence, we constantly source the best coffee beans around the world and bring them back to Hong Kong to serve you. Next is the coffee roasting, we have extensive experience with specialty coffee roasting. Each coffee bean has its unique characteristic, our experienced roaster will adjust each bean’s roast profile to ensure the character and flavor can be brought out in the coffee.
Our highly trained baristas will then use their knowledge to extract all the tasty attributes of the coffee beans. We also train our staff viciously to ensure that the coffee is made to your specification. And apart from brilliant coffee, we also serve a variety of brunch and lunch options. We also prepare our all day breakfast and banana bread freshly onsite.
We hope we can bring you along our unique coffee journey that is traceable back to the farm level. We hope we can make the best coffee possible and also help our customer pick the best coffee most suitable for them.
